9:30 - 10:30am Parents and Babies Fitness [please book]
11:00am - 12:00 Adults Fitness (18+) [please book]
3:30 - 4:30pm Children Fitness (5-12yo)
5:30 - 6:30pm Boxing Technique $5. Members only
6:30 - 8:30pm Skipping, Fitness and Boxing Technique. (Normal class. All ages)
